To achieve this, we developed a strategic film concept including storyline and screenplay, specifically tailored to these communication goals. During a two-day production, interviews with employees as well as authentic footage of processes, workflows, and facilities were captured. Based on the recorded material, a clear narrative structure and cohesive storytelling approach were developed to create a concise and impactful film. All statements and messaging were reviewed in close collaboration with the biotech company’s legal department.
Through carefully selected music, precise color correction, and refined color grading, the final visual style combined medical precision with human warmth and trustworthiness. The result was a compact corporate film of under three minutes that successfully communicates trust, innovation, and the company’s renewed strategic vision.

Following the acquisition of CO.DON GmbH by the US-based ReLive Group, the company faced the challenge of repositioning itself as a trustworthy and innovative player in the field of regenerative medicine — both internally for employees and externally for investors, partners, and the broader market.
The goal of the corporate film was to communicate the company’s new strategic direction in an authentic and transparent way, focusing on trust, credibility, and vision rather than traditional advertising language. At the same time, the film aimed to showcase CO.DON’s innovative strength in research, development, and therapeutic solutions through an emotional and visually compelling approach.
